Sharon Fjordbak brings many life experiences to her services as a legal and business advisor, including over 31 years as an entrepreneurial, media and entertainment lawyer, as a senior financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, and CEO for a local cosmeceutical company.
She was published in the SMU Dedman School of Law Journal of Air Law and Commerce for her law review article entitled “The International Direct Broadcast Satellite Controversy.”
She has written and published several series of newsletters entitled “The Law of Intellectual Property”, “Entertainment and Intellectual Property Law”, and “The Spirit of Merrill Lynch”(showcasing client philanthropy in Dallas).

Sharon is the Senior Lecturer of Business Law in the School of Business at the University of North Texas at Dallas. Formerly she was an adjunct law professor at SMU Dedman School of Law, teaching Entrepreneurship Law. She was also an adjunct and visiting law professor at the University of North Texas at Dallas and Denton, teaching Business Law, Intellectual Property Law and Media Entrepreneurship. She was also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the UNT Murphy Center for Entrepreneurship.
